FULL ITINERARY
Day 01: Phnom Penh Arrival
Welcome to Phnom Penh, the lively and bustling capital of Cambodia. Despite its turbulent recent history, Phnom Penh remains a charming destination for both domestic and international tourists. Upon arrival, your tour guide will warmly greet you and escort you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and refresh before embarking on your exciting two-week tour.

Day 02: Phnom Penh City Tour (B)
Start your 15-day journey by delving into the history of the Khmer Rouge with a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the infamous Choeung Ek "Killing Fields." Afterward, visit the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda.
Day 03: Phnom Penh – Kampong Cham – Kampong Thom (B, L, D)
Leave the modern city behind and head to the tranquil countryside of Kampong Cham, where you can explore the charming colonial town and visit the Wat Nokor Pagoda, an 11th-century Mahayana Buddhist shrine. In the afternoon, continue your tour to Kampong Thom to see Phnom Pros and Phnom Srei. Check-in at your hotel around lunchtime, then enjoy a walking tour through nearby villages and climb to the top of Phnom Santuk for a sunset view.
Day 04: Kampong Thom – Siem Reap (B, L)
Spend the next morning exploring the ancient temples around Kampong Thom before traveling to Siem Reap, home to the most impressive group of pre-Angkorian monuments. You'll arrive in Siem Reap in the late afternoon after a 3-hour drive covering 147 km.
Day 05: Siem Reap – Angkor Complex (B, L, D)
Wake up early to experience the fresh morning air at Angkor Wat at dawn. This time of day is cooler and less crowded, allowing you to witness the breathtaking sunrise as the temple reflects in the water.
Start your adventure from the South Gate of Angkor Thom, riding an elephant to the monumental Bayon Temple. Afterward, visit the Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of the Leper King, and Takeo. Exit Angkor Thom through the North Gate and proceed to Preah Khan, one of Angkor's largest temples.
Day 06: Siem Reap – Angkor Complex – Floating Village (B, L, D)
After exploring the stunning temples in the Angkor Archaeological Park, head to the largest freshwater lake in Cambodia, Tonle Sap Lake. Enjoy a cruise along the lake with your tour guide to learn about the local life in the floating villages.
Day 07: Siem Reap – Kor Ker – Beng Mealea – Siem Reap (B, L)
Today, we will journey to Koh Ker to explore the ancient abandoned temples nestled in the forests of northern Cambodia, approximately 120km from Siem Reap. Begin your visit at Prasat Krahom, where you'll find impressive stone carvings adorning lintels, doorposts, and slender window columns.
Day 08: Siem Reap – Battambang (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Battambang, Cambodia's second-largest city. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before setting off on a walking tour through the vibrant city, characterized by its ancient French colonial buildings. Later, visit some of Battambang's notable hilltop temples and the infamous Phnom Sampov cave, which served as an execution site during the Khmer Rouge regime.
Day 09: Battambang – Phnom Penh (B, L, D)
Travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital city, with a stop in Kompong Chnang to experience rural Cambodian life and visit the floating village in Kompong Luong. You should reach Phnom Penh by afternoon, where you can check into your hotel. Afterwards, head to the "Russian Market" to relax and practice your negotiation skills while exploring a variety of goods.
Day 10: Phnom Penh – Takeo – Kep (B)
Continue your itinerary by heading south from Phnom Penh to the seaside resort of Kep-sur-Mer. Your first stop will be the 11th-century Phnom Chisor Temple. Climb the 500 steps to the top of the hill for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Proceed to the tranquil town of Takeo in the evening and check into your hotel.
Day 11: Kep – Rabbit Island – Kep (B, L, D)
After breakfast, board a local boat for a 30-minute sail to Rabbit Island. Spend your afternoon swimming in the warm waters and snorkeling among the colorful fish. In the late afternoon, return to Kep and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 12: Kep – Kampot – Sihanoukville (B, L, D)
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll transfer to Sihanoukville, renowned for its pristine sandy beaches. Sihanoukville offers a stunning tropical beach getaway with a 10km stretch of beaches and nearby islands. En route, visit the famous attraction in Kampot: the caves of Phnom Chhnork, where you can explore the remains of a 7th-century brick temple.
Next, explore the caves of Phnom Sla'an. For adventurous spirits, navigate through this cave until you emerge at the hilltop to enjoy breathtaking views of Cambodia. Additionally, visit a pepper plantation to learn about the local community's livelihood. In the late afternoon, arrive in Sihanoukville and enjoy leisure time at your own pace.
Day 13: Sihanoukville (B)
Enjoy a full day relaxing under the sun or swimming in the warm coastal waters. It's a dream come true to spend holidays in such an exotic country.
Day 14: Sihanoukville (B)
You still have the day free to enjoy the beaches and islands.
Day 15: Sihanoukville – Phnom Penh (B)
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before heading to Phnom Penh Airport to conclude your 15-day itinerary.
